Our college offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates in more than 65 academic programs. With 5 campuses in Cumberland, Harlan, Middlesboro, Pineville and Whitesburg, we can fit your schedule and meet your needs.
An Open Door
SKCTC has an "open door" admission policy. To be admitted as a student at Southeast, submit an application for admission. Submission of other documents may be necessary. Some technical programs (e.g. Nursing) are selective and have certain admission requirements.
