CAVE CITY, KY - Bowling Green Technical College will honor over 80 students at its December RN Pinning and Practical Nursing Capping Ceremony December 7, 2011. The Ceremony will take place at the Cave City Convention Center. In addition to receiving their Registered Nursing pins, diplomas and degrees, awards will be presented at the ceremony including the:• The Gold Bandage Scissors Award sponsored by T J Sampson Hospital for the student with the highest GPA
• The Molly Carmon award for highest in OB sponsored by retired pediatrician Dr. Carolyn McKinley
• The Clinical Nursing Award sponsored Magnolia Village in Bowling Green • The Perfect Attendance award sponsored by the Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) student organization Each year more and more students are taking the extra classes to earn the AAS degree.
