Red Ribbon Week was held recently on the Whitesburg campus of Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College. Representatives from the
Whitesburg campus Unite group, Southeast Christian Fellowship and the Letcher County Prevention Project participated as well as various other students and members of the faculty and staff. On this day, students released red balloons from the courtyard between Caudill Hall and the Belinda Mason Building as symbols of their commitment to being drug free. In addition, students, faculty and staff planted red tulips across campus as part of this anti-drug campaign.
